Full time Position
We are a rapidly developing business specialising in CCTV security solutions. We are seeking a qualified and experienced System Analyst to work with us. We aim to provide value-added professional services to individuals and business clients.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Participating in the development of cooperate IT systems including business software package, company website, inventory database, etc.
Examining business processes to identify inefficiencies in existing systems and drive for innovation
Applying best practice techniques in identifying and proposing functional solutions to operational contexts
Developing system specifications that can realise the expectations on system functionality
Assisting in system development, upgrade, and maintenance projects
Coordinating with technical support team to investigate system errors and find appropriate solutions
Planning and undertaking regular tests on cooperate IT systems
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess system requirements.
Preparing and reviewing operational reports or project progress reports
Preparing user manuals and providing training to system users
Required Experience, Skills and Qualification:
At least 2 years’ experience as a systems analyst
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in information systems or relevant areas
Knowledge on CCTV security systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to details
Ability to perform multi-tasks and determine priorities
Ability to work in a team and work on your own
Project management skills
